Semi-rigid coax demands tooling, technique, and a calibrated test bench, all three live on our floor. We form semi-rigid cable to customer drawings, running .047″, .085″, and .141″ on dedicated CNC bend machines and hand bending as needed, all held to a ±.030″ tolerance. Then we verify performance on swept VNAs before any unit ships.
